The letter I received has a different phone number than the ones on here. It’s 833-302-7847.

My spouse and I were invited to attend the Tourism and Travel Show which we went to on March 25th at the Hampton Inn Suite 900 in Kapolei here on Oahu. Afterwards we were told by one of your representatives to contact them at the phone number listed on our voucher page. After being told to wait for our complimentary vouchers and since making several phone calls and being disconnected more than once over the past few months, I thought we should make a report on this and look into what these bad business practices are about. Should we contact the Better Business Bureau? Or perhaps take some other legal action? The phone number on our page is 8662648735. Our claim number is Oahu 23. We also called numbers 8662713304 and 8002458983 to no avail as all of the numbers are disconnected. We have a signature from a Burt C. Avalon or Avulon that he signed on the paper. You should know that we don't have the extra time in our days to be talked into this kind of business and then take more of our precious time and energy pursuing this. We would hope to be treated in a good way(s) with the utmost professionalism and respect that we deserve for our follow through in this matter. “Jenifer Smith” at 800-245-8983 sent me the aforementioned Travel & Tourism Show invitation. The top of the letter listed American, United, and Southwest. Like other letters, there was no date provided, location was Hyatt Regency but no city, and for attendance, a promise of 2 RT airline vouchers including two nights at Hilton or Marriott properties, with the first 50 attendees receiving a bonus $100 dinner voucher. My claim # is KatyAir. Says scam to me!

I RECEIVED THE INVITAION via USPS to attend the a "show" in Fremont CA at Court yard by Marriot in mid march. Called. Said hysband worked iut of town. I was told, no problem, cione 15 min early.
I attended, husband unable.They told me to fill out forms, but could not attend the presenttion Alone but No problem the on site woman woman said as phone person Jennifer Smith, 886-271-3304 yold her OK. Don't worry about taking the time to come here.
I would get the prizes anyway via email for 2 rt tickets flights in US as vouchers, 2 nights at any Hilton Hotel in US+ $100 food voucher. I WAITED. Nothing in my email. I called back, repromised over and over the same thing. . Now onec phone # is disconnected and at the other # 754-345-1575, recording says, " no one here to answer your call, GOOD BYE" This was the customer Help line given to me before.
I AM Very UPSET. I WANT MY TICKETS, VOUCHCHERS , AND FOOD BONUS FOR $100. HOW can they get away with this trickery ? Who do I contact now? Where do I report this snd to whom ? Who can I sue for breach of contract?
I still have my mailing form with promises .

I am upset, hot under the collar, & very pissed off. I want my prizes now or A POUND OF FLESH.!

Got the same scam letter but the phone number for Jennifer Smith is different: 800-674-3990

Letter is obviously printed on a cheap quality home printer.

Even their slogan “Let’s get America traveling again!” is fake - travel has bounced back post-COVID!

I received a letter inviting me and my husband to a Tourism & Travel Show 2023, but it gave no place or time being held, and no website or e-mail address. Only a phone number. The only indication of where it might be was the claim number I was given - NewBraunfels23, and at the bottom of the letter it said Location: and gave the Hampton by Hilton Logo, but did not say which one or when. I looked it up online to find out if it was legitimate and came across this website with the same scam being reported for 2022. It also had the same phone number listed. So, heads up, yes, it definitely looks like the scammers are at it again. I did not call the number because I believed they would be asking for personal information and start calling or texting my phone. I have included a PDF copy of the letter I received.

The contact phone for Jenifer Smith was 866-320-4605. AT the top, below tourism and travel show 2023 it reads: American United Southwest. Maybe the airlines are in on it as well.
