My wife, two children, Uncle, and I took $416 to do a one day hop on and hop off bus tour of New York City. We waited over an hour for a bus to show up that we could actually get on. 4 buses stopped but very few people got off, so we had to keep waiting. We decided to leave and have lunch and try to catch a bus from a different location. We finally got on stop number 2 (17 total stops) at 1:30pm. We decided, because we were already robbed of time, to stay on the bus until we hit the Statue of Liberty at stop 12. This took 3.5 hours and we decided to stay on the bus until stop number 17 so we could end this horrible tour. The bus stops at 6pm, so we couldn't do anymore even if we wanted to. They do not mention the stops on the bus. They were very rude when trying to talk to them about our horrible experience. We have taken *** *** tours and have had wonderful experiences with them and we spoke with their representatives in NYC and they said that TopView is a scam and will rob you.

We have asked for a refund from their customer service and they say that they will only give tickets to go on a ****** bus riding experience again - this is a total scam!
