So I ordered 3 products from this business earlier in the year toward the end if May and it is now going on the end of October and I have received no updates for anything I have ordered and I have tried contacting them through various means with no avail. It's at the point where I am uncertain that I can even get my money back at this point, and what's worse is that even their website that I ordered from appears to he down at the moment which is suspect.

It is the first time I've ever had anything like this happen to me and upon some digging I am apparently not the only one who has been having this issue. The only other ways that seem to be accessible to get in touch with them, which again seem to be a dead-end are their Twitter which is @Totem_skin & and their Instagram page totem_skin.
