Their was a headset on sale that my son really liked and it said there was only 10 minutes left into the sale and it was such a great deal. In a hurry I immediately brought it without researching the website as it looked reliable enough to me and it turned out to be a huge scam. Lost 100$

They advertise items for sale then send you an email they are out of item and say they will refund your money and you never hear from them. The item we tried to get was a lol dollhouse

They offer products at nearly half the retail price on their website. If you make a purchase, you will receive an email to track your package. After several weeks the status continued to say "processing". After several emails to the company I never received an update or response other than someone would contact me within 24-72 hours. That never occurred. I should have looked closer at the website when ordering to realize they don't list a phone number. After several attempts and no response I cancelled my credit card. I also reported to my company that it is fraud. After my card company did their due diligence they realized I wasn't the only one who had a problem. Thankfully my card company reimbursed me before Totalxshop could use my card for anything else. Please DO NOT buy anything from this website.
