these people have taken 59.95 out of my account twice. I've called the number many times and get the same man who changes his name and will put me on hold for 20 minutes or more. I have even heard him laughing at me and he tells me he cant do anything for me unless I send the product back..I told the man that I have never received the product but they keep taking money from me. I will change cards now because that is the only way I know to spot this
