After we received the ink, they sent our accounting department an invoice for nearly $300 and have been harassing us via constant phone calls attempting to bully us into paying the invoice.
Our corporate office team has told them numerous times we will NOT pay for the sample they sent us and asked for a return address. We were bullied into accepting this "sample" and have since been constantly harassed to pay them. They originally refused to provide a return address but after arguing with them multiple times, they agreed.
They have still continued to call in an attempt to collect payment even after the product has been shipped back to them. They are trying to intimidate us with claims of "recorded phone calls" where we agreed to pay which in fact DID NOT HAPPEN.
