This company is a complete fraud and ensure they make it extremely difficult to contact and dispute charges, request guaranteed refund, or just contact the company in general. They are nothing but scam artists stealing your money.

I was charged 5 times for the service that was 'guaranteed $29 fee'. Four charges of $39, the $29 subscription charge, and then a $1.99 service fee. Their website has no contact information to dispute charges, cancel services, or file complaints. There is no way to find their contact information on their website, the help support page has no concrete solution or any way to attain further assistance.

Their is a chat option, but that only works if you receive a chat login number, which is nonexistent, of course the solution is to return to the useless help center page. Fortunately, I was able to find a business contact number online to contact (833 201 ****). I have demanded a total refund of charges $147.99. Unfortunately, I will not know if this refund has been applied until the funds have been processed in 5-7 business days.

Of course I request a complete cancellation of all services, further automatic subscription renewal annually, and can only hope this has cancelled all services. Of course, I will not be ensured of the cancellation of the annual charge until the next 12 months have passed.

Please do not fall for this scam. Hopefully this post prevents someone else from being scammed.

Total AV is a company that refuses to interact with its customers in regards to canceling reoccurring billing on their account. Once the account is up for renewal, you cannot log-in to your account to change your subscription or remove your billing information. Instead, after logging in, you are blocked from viewing any page on their website other than the credit card entry page to pay for another year. I have tried to get in contact with the company many many times- via phone & email. And yet, no one responds to emails, phone assistance is an endless hold-loop, and I am put on an endless hold loop when asking the live chat employee about it. This company is predatory and continually tries to charge me $149, all-the-while making it impossible to get in contact with anyone of their employees.

Received an email with an invoice receipt indicating that a renewal of services were to be paid today and it was set for auto renewal. When I contacted the company the person I spoke with advise that I had services with them for 2 years and it was renewing. Upon further asking questions, he hung up the phone on me. I called back again. It was the same person and he hung up the phone on me again. I searched online and it shows this is a scam company.
