Checked the website for phone number 833-8682 and spoke to someone in India. Asked to stop monthly deductions from my Chase credit card. I was told that I was to download their product to make it work. That was never indicated when I signed up. I asked to cancel my account and was told that I should keep it. I asked for the corporate address in the UK and the agent would not provide it. He said to look on the website. There is no address on the website. Agent said he would cancel my subscription. Very unethical company.
