Jonathan Olden , who also goes by Jonathan Glenn on his Facebook account, claims he is an ambassador for TLC. I gave this representative $100 on February 13th and was told my tea would be delivered the following week. The following week came and I did not receive my tea. He them gave me anther date, and another date so on and so on. Jonathan told me he received my tea & Nutraburst by accident instead of it shipping to my home, he apologized and agreed to deliver my tea to my office. Jonathan never came to my office the next day as promised, & stopped responding to my messages. I never received my product I paid for. Jonathan Glenn Olden has now removed me from his social media and is refusing to deliver a product I paid for. I have all of our messages and witnesses to the transaction. I want my money back ! I sent all of this information to TLC compliance as requested, and they will not refund me or even offer me any product for my troubles. I later googled Jonathan Glenn Olden and found out he has many cases against him, he is a crook . This representative is a direct re-flexion of TLC as a company. They clearly do not care who sells or represents their company and they do not care about making a wrong right because they state I did not buy directly from them, but instead their representative. I do plan on filing a small claims case against whomever needed to be refunded.
