I ordered a sheet of copper. I received the confirmation and never received the item. The day I gave then my CC info there were a bunch of charges on my CC.
One was for over 11,500 dollars plus a few other smaller charges.
You cant call them because you get a message saying they're having problems with their phone line.
Which has been happening for over 1 month already and they dont answer ANY emails.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

placed an order and now weeks later I am left with a credit card scam..

I ordered some samples. I emailed them to find out why I didn't receive the samples and got a strange response about not be about to find out the status of the order. And then my credit card info was stolen.

Ordered a copper backsplash, order keep saying processing and then my credit card info was stolen. Can't call them, the line is always busy and they don't answer email.
