My mom purchased airline tickets by phone from a phone number she had believed to belong to www.cheapoair.com or similar discount air ticket entity on the web. They sent confirmation ticket looking like it was from American Airlines. Unfortunately, when she checked her credit card statement she had 3 charges from Total Coms 951-3503362 with total charge of $840 which she is the amount she had thought she bought her airlines tickets for. We called and spoke with CheapoAir and American Airlines; they both said they do not have any record of my mom's flight booking.
