I am trying to return the order I received because I won’t be doing the program and am getting the run around that I cannot return the product. I DO NOT want anymore money taken out of my account for something I am not using….my doctors advise not to start it due to health issues

I also had the same they charged my account 239 and change I called to cancel said they were closed I email them and Mail failed to deliver I had 4 days of canceling and no response then it cleared my bank so I know they did not even respond this is a horrible way to treat people on a fixed income and saying buy one and get 2 free them charge you full amount

This business is a scam to get your banking info . I was on this sight and they werew suppose to be having a BOGO promotion .Since I am not wealthy I chose the cheapest offer of $43.00 buying 1 bottle and getting 2 . When they got my credit card info they put a $125 dollar charge and another charge for $39.95 . as soon as I saw charges on credit card I called them to cancel order and even though it hadn't shipped they refused to stop shipment. I filed complaint with BBB and the Company Would Not Respond ! They are Not in good standing with BBB ! I have filed a dispute with My credit card Company . They said it could take as long as 90 days . I canceled my card in order for them not to put more charges . Please take Heed to my warning about this company.

My husband has terrible lower back pain and has tried everything (pain management, acupuncture), and the last resort would be back surgery. He received an advertisement via text about, what he thought was legal, CBD gummies that relieve certain pains, one of which was back pain. It had a video of Megan Kelley and Dr. Oz supposedly endorsing this product. The company is named Triumphant Health Plus, and offered a "BOGO" promotion. He was encouraged by this possibility of something that would help his pain. The price was $39.97 BOGO three times which made six bottles, which should have been $119.85 plus s & h. Instead, the amount debited out of his account was $239.82, and was immediately debited. Upon seeing this debit amount, he went directly to his bank, but could not stop the payment. We tried to contact the company, but there was only a computerized voice answer that the company was not open. We also have tried to bring up that site again, but it has disappeared from our history file. There is no return address or email address on the confirmation other than this one (). We are submitting this warning because we are seniors, on a fixed income, and don't want this to happen to others. The bank has issued a new debit card, and hopefully this will take care of any future issues with this particular and questionable company--Triumphant Health Plus.
