Company has an ad on YouTube claiming they sell a torch that does not use any fuel and just needs to be charged. It uses a "tesla" to create the torch. The claim is also in their website in several locations; however, some minor mention of a fuel is made. The torch is not what it claimed in the commercial (fueless torch)
