They are selling Chillbox portable AC units for $89 apiece, and then mailing out Arctic Air boxes which are available from Target for $39 apiece and then fighting all the returns. I also bought filters which never arrived and they said they'd refund them and then they said they wouldn't refund them because there was no tracking number but there can't be a tracking number for what never arrived.
