I send an ad on Facebook for this company and purchased a product from them. I got an email confirming the purchase but never received the item. After many calls and emails I kept getting tracking information that were false and customer service stating the item was being shipped. They could not provide any proof there was ever an order placed. I opened an account on their website to see if there were any orders in my name and it displayed none. When I emailed the company asking for a refund I didn’t get a response.

Top Trend Store advertised anxiety doggie beds and quoted a price of $25 for 2 beds. They offered customized beds but didn’t say that the price would increase nor did they show the price until after they debited my account. They charged me $99.35 for the beds when I anticipated paying $25 for 2 beds. This is a rip off. They have all my information and my $99.35. I contacted them to cancel the order only to find out (immediately contacted them) I would not get a refund until 3-5 days. I am upset because now I have NO money to get through the week. The customization of my order did not state that the price of the beds would increase.
