Our business was contacted via phone and we were informed that they were calling in regards to our Merchant Services and the fact that our company had over payment for credit card processing. They indicated that our account was sent to them because of the "red flag" of overpayment and that in order for them to fix the problem we were required to submit a particular form from our credit card processing company detailing information about our account. We went back and forth with both our credit card processing company and our contact at Top Tier Solutions named "Tammy" for several hours. Each phone call she kept insisting that we needed to provide a different form from our cc processing company containing different information. After several discussions with our CC processing company they began questioning the validity of this claim and that they had no idea who this company was. Our cc processing company informed us that Top Tier Solutions appeared to be a scam and was using false information (red flag via credit card audit) either to try to solicit new business or to steal information for their profit. I would caution anyone to be cautious of anyone asking for information to be emailed to Statements@toptiersolutions to beware! I believe their "hook" is that you have overpaid and they want to get your money back to you.
