Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

QVC OUTLET

Ordered leather boots via online ad for QVC outlet. I received cheap unlined vinyl counterfeit facsimile product - clearly the WRONG PRODUCT and clearly a fraudulent scam rip off. Customer service refuses to refund although it claims receipt of the Wrong Product qualifies a refund; says I must mail back to Asia and pay for return. However mailing address is from Andy 303 Winding Rd , Old Bethpage, New York USA. Shipping phone number is one already noted as a scam phone source: 1800-716-8013. My battle will continue. How do we bring.charges against this ongoing fraud against us?

I was shopping for sandals online, and a pair of sandals popped up that i liked and it showed QVC on it. I ordered and then when I did not get an email confirmation from QVC, it came from a person in China. The sandals were blank noting like the video online. and they stink like a dead animal and they have no identifible marks on them; no name, no designer, no size. I emailed them about them and was told i could not return them and get my money back. they will only give me back 10%. that if i want a full refund i would need to send them to China and it would cost me more than what i paid for them. return address Zhou Qixing No 357 Ganjing Building 1 Dongyang City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, Zip code 322100, China phone #18507168013. They came from Alexandro Ruiz 1550 Glenn Curtiss Street, Carson, CA 90746
