I received a phone call from a local number claiming to be "Top Priority Delivery" saying that they had a certified that I had to sign for wanting to know when I would be home to receive paper work, she gave me a phone number to call & gave a file number. I called & gave the file number. The lady told me that it was a bill from a local Hospital from 2012. She said I could paid the $1900 now or dispute it & it would be $4000. They have now started calling my work phone harassing me.
