at least twice a day for weeks I receive unsolicited spam emails from Top online bargains. I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe. I've called the business but only receive voice messages. Please make them stop

Top Online Bargains failed to send the item that I ordered. The tracking number they sent was in Chinese (unusable). They do not respond to emails or phone inquiries. They then stole my business credit card number and tried to charge an item to it that I did not order. DO NOT fall for their scams, do not open their email. Do not order anything from them.

Either toponlinebargains.com is using a 3rd party scam marketing company or they themselves are behind a marketing scheme that involves thousands of compromised Servers/IPs/domain names. We have been fighting this spam/scam campaign for years that targets a specific list of individuals in our company using addresses that were scraped ~7 years ago. We constantly receive multiple emails a day trying to sell us products (lately thermometers targeting innocent users with COVID19 concerns). This spam campaign and everyone tied to it has been the bane of my existence for several years now as we are unable to stay ahead of the daily Server/Domain address changes as part of the scam. The phone number tied to this is a pre-recording that hasn't been answered or responded to in years as well. It's all a fake shell/scam.
