I contacted Top Notch Landscaping, LLC to do a job because I had seen him advertise himself on Facebook. He gave a proposal and wanted "cash only". His business card had the ScamPulse.com Accredited Business Logo and the Angie's List 2019 Winner Logo and neither of these organizations know of this business. Asked for his license and insurance and he could not produce either. Did not do business with him since there were too many red flags.
