I contacted a person regarding an ad for a car. He sent me additional photos of the car and of himself to "put a face to a name". He sent me contact information for a company he was using to sell the car since he was out of state most of the time for work. The company asked me to create an account on a website to complete the sale. Payment was a bank wire transfer required before shipping the car. Two weeks later the car has not arrived and I received an email that the shipping was delayed and to wait for another email with details. Phone calls are answered by a recording.
