Requesting refund/help

I made a purchase of multiple items back in September, totaling $136.10. I expected delays (due to covid and other international shipping issues) but I have attempted to contact them but the only contact means they give (email) and it has been returned as undeliverable. They give no other way to contact them. It is now December and I have not been sent any product. I want a full refund.

Missing 2 polos

I ordered 2 polos a few weeks ago but it says awaiting shipment I would like to know if I will get my products before end of October in which they are no good to me after this date

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 6 shirts through this company. Out of the 6 I ordered 2 of them were correct. The other 4 shirts they sent were completely different and not what I ordered. I notified them of there error and they expect me to pay for these shirts even though this was there error. Instead of them notifying me that these shirts were not in stock or what ever the reason was that they didn't send me the correct items they just chose 4 completely different items that were not on my order list. They expect me to pay for this and I am asking them for a full refund as this is not what I ordered. You do not get what you order from this company. They send you what ever they want and don't give you a refund when you complain that this is not what I ordered. I have also stated that since this was there error they should send me a prepaid package to send these items back to them; they refuse to do that as well. I find this company to be completely fraudulent.

I feel you should look into this company as I am sure many other people have experienced this problem. When you order products from a company you should receive those items not what ever they feel like sending you in place of those items. If they don't have those items in stock then they should notify you of this and deduct those from you order as well as the billing fees for those items.

I will never order from this company ever again. It's a fraudulent company that does not give you what you order.

Every time I contact them asking for a full refund this is the reply I get back:

("Regarding the shipping fee to return to China is really high and the item can’t be resale, we will suffer a great loss if it be returned to us.

Here are two solutions ,any better advice ,please let us know.

1.Is it possible for you try using ,we believe it must will be helpful for your life on some aspect or you can give it to some friend who may need it.

2.Could we refund you 20% and you keep this item?")

And I keep replying back why should I pay for items I did not order?
