They promised me a service to reduce/modify my mortgage, then they closed operations with no repercussions. Top Legal Advocates broke the "mers law" as being able to take money for getting a mortgage modification. Then last week they contacted me to give me a refund. Jeff would not send a check but tried to get me to open a link through my email. I did not do. Then he tried to screen share with me. I said a check in the mail should suffice and he resisted.
