I have been using an app called Top Hatter that is located in China. This company has numerous fraudulent practices. Many of the items purchased do not look or perform as described. Often they will have several items in the advertising but essentially you are getting only one of the item. Items are not delivered although when I’ve complained they blame it on the US Postal Office. I have not received orders #136045623 and #136036640 amongst others. They say they will add a credit to your account to spend on their site. Sometimes they do sometimes not.
