Had the same issue re: adding another shirt I didn’t want. Months later, I got an email saying they would refund $5; however, could reply as the email address came back as invalid.

Started out as a FB ad. You can take a quiz to find out which designer on Project Rundway you are like and win a free t-shirt. When filling out shipping payment for your free t-shirt, there are other options to add onto your order, but, there's a big issue with this. 1. The "opt out" button super small. 2. There's no "final cart" option so you can see what you ordered. 3. At the end, there's no "submit order" so you can back out if you want. It just automatically submits and tells you this crazy $35 total that's way higher than the $9.99 to ship your free shirt.

The shirts are really poor design too. And the support email is a load of crap. I emailed them immediately. They gave me this story about "how they can't cancel and refund", but, my order hadn't shipped yet. They asked me to "please advise", so, when I confirm I want to cancel the order, they ignore me.
