These people are disgusting. They completely took advantage of my 87 year old parent's. Do to COVID they had my dad walk through the house and his garage. My dad repeatedly told him it's a four car garage. It's wall to wall tool's and stuff. As well my dad told him there's thing's in both attics. They said over and over it's fine we will take care of everything. My dad received his estimate and decided to hire them. Moving day comes. They tell my dad that they weren't aware that they had so much stuff. They needed to bring in an additional truck. They only sent out two men. When they said it was going to be at least five or six. It was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they keep saying they needed more money and more money. They didn't even finish packing and taking all of my parent's belongings. My dad had to rent a trailer to fit as much as possible and he still had to leave things behind. They wouldn't take everything from the attic. We to this day 11/18/2020 have not received my parent's thing's. Our initial call for delivery was on 10/22/2020. They demanded payment in full wired to them before they would even put them on the schedule. The bill was four times what the original estimate was for. They had given us three delivery dates and have yet to show up. What ever you do DO NOT USE Top Country Moving. Unless you want to have your belongings held hostage for weeks and weeks.
