I needed homework help during the pandemic. It was tough and there was a deadline so in advance I signe sup for computer science homework help. They made me pay first and then proceeded to drag it along for a week saying their tutor has caught covid-19 and they cannot get in touch with him. This was in May and it’s currently August. They sent me an email after demanding a receipt that my refund is processing but I never got a confirmation of how much is being refunded and to what payment method. I never received such money.

I paid this website for a service. The service was for them to complete an assignment for me. They were given the deadline and I was promised it would be completed by then. It is way past the deadline and the company's support will not give me a straight answer as to when or if I will ever receive it. The customer support agent is also incredibly rude and continued to yell at me after I said how this is unacceptable. I paid for a service that I never received. This company is advertising a service, demanding to be paid upfront for it, and then never delivering the service.
