I ordered a fireplace screen on July 14, 2020. It arrived five days later and was in 40 pieces and severely damaged. Both the screen and the box. I contacted the seller via email with description and pictures. Did not hear anything for a few days. Called only voice mail. Finally, after four emails they said they would get back to me to advise what I should do " if anything". No further response. Called only voice mail. Went back to the site and discovered it is not a secure site. Then I got very suspicious...
