BOGO offer. Thought US company but shipment from China. I live in North East, MD but delivery was made to Romulus, MI (address in different state and not even similar to mine). It could have been empty box for all I know. Immediately contacted company and they said sorry for the logistical error but they would send a replacement and “take a loss”. However, there were 15+ emails back and forth where I ask for tracking info and kept being told to be patient and they would send soon. It’s been over a month now and up to 20+ email exchanges. Recently, they tried to say they didn’t have record of the sale (after apologizing and promising for a month to send replacement). I now had to provide receipts, photo of the checkout screen from original purchase (luckily I had but most people wouldn’t), name, address, phone number, etc. The whole process started over again. This morning I got the exact same email word for word (template) that I got when this all started (asking for exact same info I submitted to them numerous times).
