This company sells Pilates Equipment. I doubt anyone in this company has ever exercised on Pilates Reformer or Cadillac. They are unusable. One of my clients bought a reformer and it has missing pieces, making it unusable. After calling 5 different times , speaking to 7 different people, NEVER being connected to a supervisor my issue is still ongoing. I was told a supervisor would call me back and after waiting 4 hours I called them only to be told the supervisor was still busy. This company is a scam and I don't know how anyone could be associated with such a despicable practice as these people stealing thousands of dollars.

Did not obtained a warranty Wait another two years always to send someone out to fix it never came also told me send me another machine never came now saying 14 day cut off

I accessed the Toolots website and added some items to a shopping cart. From the shopping cart, toolots says that you can apply for financing through Click Lease. I followed the procedures and applied and was offered credit. The toolots site sent me an email from a "sales representative", Jose Navarro. He sent to me a quote that I accepted and asked that the order be placed. Well 7 days later no order was placed, I have called this guy and emailed this guy and no response from him. I called again today and asked to speak with a sales manager and they transferred me to Jose and he hangs up in my face. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the that person hung up in my face. I believe this site is a scam, they have no products apparently, and need to be investigated for asking customers to apply for credit that they will not grant or process. There is no contact phone number for headquarters just an address in the United Kingdom. Please do not waste your time with this company.

Ordered online on January 12, 2021.

Partially arrived.

The other part never arrived and when i called to file a complaint and find out where the other piece was OR when i could expect it, i was told they didn't know what happened and they would open a investigation.

Needless to say i never heard back and it has been 4 months.

THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT! I was on hold for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

I can not believe how unbelievably unresponsive and irresponsible this company is with their online orders and getting back to clients.

I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN reimbursed and have not gotten any update on the order that i never received!

Toolots will take your payment even if they dont have the item, them the day before you pick it up or it shipps they will call you have tell you it is out of stock, they did this to me on 2 orders and i am still waiting for them to refund my money, i contacted my credit card company and filed a case. this company is a joke and the customer service is a total joke with no help what so ever. BE AWARE
