I purchased 2 x watches online. Received a confirmation message and then nothing. Since then no contact from them. Don't reply on Facebook messages. Today 19/11/2022 the Facebook site has been removed but the website is still active.

Do not be fooled. This is a very good fake site.

I went to check out and they only accept Paypal as payment, so I could not continue my transaction. Once I backed out, the user on Facebook marketplace contacted me telling me to continue my purchase, they said they saw my info. It was definitely a scam.

Trust your gut, people. It looked too good to be true, and it was. Found a piece of furniture on Facebook Marketplace; Listing stated "Do not purchase through Facebook. Message us for a link to our website and order through there" so I messaged the "seller" and was given the website by someone calling themselves Karen Clinesmith. (see photos) . Purchased a piece of furniture for $150, was given a "new customer discount" of $51, and was charged $99 through PayPal. Recipient was a TIRSA ALVARADO, [email protected].

5 days after purchase, tracking still shows "processing" with no tracking information. Emails, "Contact Us" form on website and FB messages have all gone unanswered, unsurprisingly. *They have deleted all of their messages since I filed a PayPal report, but I took screenshots before they did.

Typical FB scam. At least they went through PayPal. PayPay returned my money quickly. I wonder if the scammer kept hers or if PP got it back. Scammer erased all messages after TOOKA transaction was completed. I notified PP about the scam and they took care of it within the hour.
PayPal -good
Facebook/Tooka - Bad.

$150 was just stupidly lost. They use PayPal, like a majority of fraudulent. So, no goods no money, no response

advertised on Facebook Marketplace for low cost patio furniture and appliances. Never sent me a confirmation email. I screenshot the order confirmation page and checked my order # daily. The first few days it said "processing" and now it says "order not found" with several Asian language characters. Paypal payment went to someone named Helen Botsikas, not a company. Contact form on website repeatedly gives an "error try again later" message. Email listed on their website is [email protected] and I have not received an answer from them. This place is a SCAM!

Ordered a patio set nearly 2 weeks ago through an ad on FB Marketplace. The price seemed low, but I thought maybe they were wholesalers since the address was in NC, where a lot of furniture is made in the US. Just to be safe, I screenshot the payment info from the website in case they never sent a confirmation email, so I could remember the confirmation #. Still haven't received any email from them, and now my confirmation # says "order not found" when I type it in on their website with several characters in an Asian language. The first few days it said "order processing." Their contact form repeatedly sends an error message. I reached out via the email listed on their site and still have not heard back. My PayPal payment went to someone named "Helen Botsikos", not a company. Luckily I can get my $ back because it was through PayPal. But this place is a scam, don't waste your time.

Our fridge went out. Our phones must hear our every conversation. Almost instantaneously a fb add showed an LG stainless steel 3-door for $198. How could this be. I saw no negative reviews. My confirmation came from "precious". Flag #1. I did get confirmation email that very day. Yea. But we are on Day 5 with no tracking. Flag #2. My email has not been replied to. Flag #3. It is a small amount for a fridge, so may wait two more days until I cancel with PayPal. I did learn that we have way too many condiments in our fridge that take up way too much space.

I found an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a piece of furniture. It seemed like a VERY good deal (almost too good to be true). The ad said "Do not purchase through Facebook. Message us for a link to our website and order through there" (see screenshot). I messaged the indicated seller and he gave me a link. He assured me that the order would be delivered in 3-5 calendar days.

I made a purchase through the website. The order tracking still shows as "processing" five days later. I sent an email to the address listed on the contacts page of the website, and I have received no response. The Paypal transaction shows as KEYING (HK) E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED, and it is for more than the website shows as the purchase amount.

The website itself has several unnerving elements:

a.) The social media links do not work.

b.) The address listed on the website is for a Polo Ralph Lauren warehouse in North Carolina

c.) One of the items listed is for a PS5 for $200, which is ridiculous. Those items are very hard to come by and retail for that item is much higher.

d.) The messaging form on the contact page doesn't work. It throws an error.
