This person is selling a product on Amazon for $922.32. When the order didn't come, I called him. He told me he was making some improvements and wondered if I could wait a few more weeks for shipping? He would send me an extra box of straws. Great! Except, the wait time pushed me beyond Amazon's refund policy of October 19th, 2022 and he never sent the product. I called him AGAIN a few weeks later and he requested my email and the tracking number that was sent. I emailed him both. He has never returned an email since that contact. I have no product and he has my $922.32. I contacted Amazon and they made it sound like I could be refunded? But that was 3 weeks ago. I don't think Amazon refunds take that long. I have yet to be refunded. My credit card company tells me to contact the seller, who will not answer me.
