Tony Dash Reports & Reviews (14)

Ok I also ordered the three free bullet lipsticks and a liquid lipstick from an Instagram as in 2018. It took months, but I did receive the product. I loved it, and I used it regularly up until this year when the liquid lipstick dried out. I started googling to find out how to re-order and came across all these scam reports. My question is where did the product come from if this was a scam? Should I throw out the other tubes I have? It was my favourite matte red liquid lipstick and I just want to know where to rebuy something similar.

I was told I was buying “free makeup” as part of some promotion and that I only had to pay shipping. They added on two products that I did not ask for and then charged me almost immediately, even though they “did not have the product stock to send me my order right away”

Facebook advertisement for free makeup, paying only for shipping, they then add a $20 'bundle' to your order and say they can't refund it as it's already been prepped for shipping. They never ship your product, and customer support is just someone telling you over and over that 'due to overwhelming demand' shipping has taken longer than expected, even though they can't refund you.

An add came up on my phone on April 19, about free makeup. I made sure it was a real cosmetic company and made an order. It is currently May 4, and I have yet to receive my package or even an email informing me that it has been shipped. I've emailed twice regarding the status of my order, the first time I got excuses of how they have so many orders coming in at once, then the second time I got no response

The advertised website, Tony Dash, claims to send free make up for only the cost of shipping. When checking out, I had accidentally clicked the very persistent “add to order” banners that instantly charge you without letting you edit your order. By saying it is free, they are able to get away with not giving refunds and also not even shipping the product at times. They claim to have “personalized” each item in which it is then impossible to return the item even if not shipped yet, which is ridiculous because the website in itself does not have any prompts that have the customer give any information about themselves. There is not reason or way this can be personalized, it’s a weak excuse. They said they would give me a refund after many emails on any full price, but technically nothing is full priced so I’m down ** dollars.

Dont buy anything online if you never heard about. This is the email i recieved when i finished placing my order.

Hey,

I am so sorry....but as of this morning, we've given away all of our free-makeup!! But don't worry, as I am typing this, we are working to get you your free makeup ASAP!

We weren't ready for this increase in demand! We were picked up by a morning TV show and went viral on Instagram!

We started off as a small 4-person team, and now we have to start hiring people to create more makeup! We are adding beauticians, cosmetic chemists, and facility operators to our team to help with this unexpected demand.

We expect to have the team ready within the next 7-10 days for a big manufacturing push. I'll be giving you updates the entire way, so you know the status of your order.

Best,

Tony

p.s. Since we sent out this email this morning, we received thousands of replies, and they've been overwhelmingly positive! Of course, some of you have voiced your concerns, but the majority have reached out in support and are willing to wait for the cosmetics! And for that, I thank you so much!

They offer 'free' product if you pay shipping. Then they never ship the item and continue to send the same spam message of 'high volume delaying shipping'

I even paid for product in addition to the free product and that was never sent either.

Charged me for something I did not order, and never sent me the product that I DID order.

Will not respond to any correspondence.

On March 25 2018 I saw a post on Facebook about Tony Dash and free products. Due to the colors I hit the link and placed an order. When the confirmation of the order came in I was charged for duplicates of free products and a whole makeup kit. I let that go. On April 21 I sent an email requesting why my order was still sitting at getting it together to ship. No one has responded. Today I emailed them again requesting some answers or a refund. Looking up the banking to fill this form I found 4 different banking transactions from Tony Dash total equalling $53.70. Why this many transactions for a single order who knows. But they don't seem to send products paid for or respond to emails. I have found no other way to contact them.

Scam you into paying for products that are never sent out and add stuff into your cart that you did not add and don't give you an option to review your order. When asked to cancel the order or refund the money they refuse to do that saying the "order has been processed" and the alleged products never arrive. They keep deleting all the comments from their facebook page when people try to warn others who visit their page and have the reviews turned off. The company should be made to pay back all the individuals they have scammed and should be shutdown with further consequences.

Tony Dash sells you fake products and say they will be shipped to you with in 4-7 days in the end you never revive anything

TonyDash.com lures you in with an ad on Facebook telling you that you can "sample" their lipstick for free. You just have to pay $11.95 for shipping & handling. The products look nice & the website seems professional BUT then they show an offer to get an additional sampling of surprise products without mentioning that you are actually signing up for a subscription service for $19.99 until after you checkout. Then suddenly your "sample" goes from $11.95 to $31! Afterwards, you receive notification that they are "overwhelmed with orders" & only have a 4 man team. "Unfortunately, are sold out" The next "update" is a month later saying "....I have some great news. We've recently assembled our cosmetic dream team.....Ty for your patience & support. ....send out sourcing team out to Korea to get the ....ingredients...that go into all Tony Dash Makeup" Then nothing but silence. Meanwhile, the moment I received the invoice that showed the $31 charge I reached out to them only to have them tell me that all sales are final & that it "says so on the website" but they will give me a credit to spend on their site. Never received anything at all & have disputed with my cc company. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! THERE IS NO MAKEUP & THEY OVERCHARGE YOU!

On Facebook, there was an add for "free makeup" through this company named Tony Dash. They said their makeup was so good that they wanted to give one lipstick away to customers for free. I went to accept the free offer to find that I had to pay for shipping of the product. So I agreed, because the cost of shipping was only $5. While I was checking out, after I added my debit card number, they gave me the option to accept a rare "free makeup kit", too. I figured since I was already paying for shipping, then I might as well add this. Before I could confirm a change to price, they forwarded me to the confirmation of order and charged me an additional $20! I was shocked. They didn't tell me that they were adjusting the price of the order or that I'd be paying more than $5. So I accepted that the "free makeup kit" wasn't free after all. I thought it was pretty shady on their part to not tell a customer that they were actually charging them more for what was supposed to be a free product. That evening at 11 p.m., the business sent me a confirmation number for my order. Then, the next day, they sent me an email saying that they were back ordered on most of their makeup. That's when I knew something sketchy was happening.

Tony Dash has a promotion right now that you get free lipstick but you pay shipping. Well I bought this make up but then they charged me extra for a beauty box I didn't order. They don't do refunds or even respond to you. I talked my bank and they cant help me get my money back but i can't cause cause "tecnicaly" i authorized it.
