I received a package on June 20th supposedly from Home Depot. I opened it to see that it was a 3/8" nylon WALLPLATE that I didn't order, though it was addressed with my name and address. I googled the sender's address, a Home Depot in Arizona. They informed me that they had been getting calls similar to mine and suggested I have the UPS pick it up. The package didn't have a FedEx or UPS logo, so I called "On Trac" telephone number that was located on the box. I had the automated call me back rather than remain on hold. They did call me back, and I explained the situation. They asked for the tracking number under the bar code, which I gave them. They confirmed my name and address and asked for my email address. They than told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I then asked why they needed my email address, and they said for their files; and assured me it would not be used for anything else. I told them that I would put the box in my garage, having no need for it, and we ended the call. At this point I'm feeling uneasy and decided to Google "On Trac" company and found they have hundreds of complaints and negative reviews.

I am uneasy about having given them my information. I don't know if the state, city and zip code I entered for this company is correct, but the telephone number is, and here's another telephone number: 833-560-0854. Also, their company email address is unknown, I put my own to complete this report. I don't know what they're up to, but I don't think it is good; and I just want everyone one else to be aware and on guard for possible scam activity from this company. Thank you!
