I had been monitoring my credit card after a separate fraud attempt about 45 days ago. Note: I called my credit card company and got new cards/number at that time. Today I noticed another unknown charge labeled "Tone Healthy GA 30809 855-673-5210." I called the number and after a lengthy hold, approximately 45min, a male answered the phone ("Diego"). I asked what company he represented. He answered that it was an answering service for several companies. I asked if they answered calls for "Tone Healthy." He replied, "yes." He asked why I was calling, to which I replied there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card. He did have my current address. I did not supply any personal info to him other than my name and phone number. I asked if he could supply the physical mailing address to "Tone Healthy." He paused and said that he did not have the address...sounds very fishy to me. He rushed from that point and hung up abruptly.

How is my new credit card number already compromised?
