I purchased 7 items of clothing and they sent me a feathered pen. The email to customer service [email protected] a zhi gu was a back and forth for me to mail the pen back to China address or keep pen and get a 40% refund. then with numerous other messages then they offered me 55% refund then they stated they could refun 43.30 total keeping the shipping cost of 13.99. I have yet to see the refund. and that last email came to me on 12/15/22. The return address given to me to return the pen is No. 167, San Gan Ian, Shangjie Community Neighborhood Committee , Shangjie Town, Minhou, Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
