Dryer needed repair and we chose someone local. “Toms River appliance repair pros”, had a local phone number, when you call, they answer “appliance repair”. Appointment is made and tech shows up with a personal vehicle, so we assumed this was a small company he owned or just started. Guy was nice and told us dryer needed and igniter and to pay service fee and part would be ordered, it’d come in in a couple of days and he’d install it. So we call the number on invoice as instructed a couple of days later and notice invoice has a different company name of Delta Appliances, with two odd addresses, and email and a different phone number. The local number gets kicked to the delta appliance number. When u call to ask status they say they’ll call you back and never do. The addresses for delta are in a field somewhere in Kansas and the second one in NJ is a ups mailbox. The Toms River website has zero address which sadly we didn’t notice in the beginning. This company has literally zero information about them, they legit don’t exist.
