I purchased a spy camera in May of 2022. It is now September 2022 and I still do not have the product. I have requested a refund 4 times since I needed this product immediately after I ordered it. Customer service was RUDE and said you item is in transit we can not give you refund on anything until you return the product. Tracking number provided says the same thing for months….”AWAITING ITEM TO SHIP”. Last contact requesting a refund with the seller at the end of August 2022 resulted in The vendor stating the item had been delivered, but was not able to provided me date of delivery or the address it was delivered to. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. - seller did not respond to their inquiry. I have now file a fraud claim with my banking institution. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a watch a month ago. I never received a tracking as stated below. I tried to call number provided on website under contact us not a valid number. I also emailed 5 times with no response.
