They used Nordstoms website...when ordered...so I thought it was legit...I gave a debit card for a womens long winter coat....ti have waited and waited...contacted then through a customer support and now it has been removed and I have no way of contacting ..they said because of the high demand it was taking linger than expected but to get patient!

We thought we were placing an online order from Nordstrom, but, after the purchase hit my credit card account, and we were unable to get an update on the order status, I noticed on a screenshot of the order receipt that the URL at the top began “www.tomogram.shop”, though the receipt clearly identified as “Nordstrom”. A conversation with Nordstrom Customer Service confirmed that tomogram.shop is not affiliated with Nordstrom nor with Nordstrom Rack. When the charge hit the credit card, it identified as "FERQUENCY HONG KONG HK". We can provide the screenshot of the receipt and email traffic with Nords
