"Tom" keeps blowing me off from getting my dvd shipped to me for over a month he keeps saying "My apologies. We have been experiencing additional delays due to health issues. We will ship your order out in about 2-3 weeks."

Clearly this is a scam I got billed for a dvd that is never going to ship. Send the cops to his house, FRAUD IS A SERIOUS CRIME!
