Brennan Tolman of Tolman Media stole $1,352.25 from me. His office was located in Provo, Utah. Tolman Media signed a contract with me for a wedding photography/videography package on January 30th and then they dissolved the company February 15th. They knew full well that they were going out of business without any intention of fulfilling the contract. Sydney Reyes was my account manager and her associate name Alex (I only got her first name) were the ones who booked me. They assured me that the photographers/videographers were the ones to edit the footage but it turns out that they do not edit the footage but instead contract it out. I received an email from their Legal Advisor saying that they were out of business and gave my information to my assigned photographer & videographer, but the ones that contacted me were different people. When I looked up their work, the editing was completely different. I now understand that the company wasn't paying their photographers/videographers either. I know that there is a high chance that I am out that money and will never see it again but I believe that Brennan Tolman shouldn't be allowed to do business again and that something needs to be done to ensure that he can do this to anyone else in the future.
