I was also charged $12.47 on 10/26/20 (same as quite a few people). I noticed on this page that alot of people were charged this amount and some on the same date of 10/26/20. I never received the tennis ball dispenser for my dog, what a scam !

They got on my card and keep billing me monthly, they charged me 6 times...don't know them and filed unauthorized transaction. Got rid of the cc they kept billing me on. Who are they...they keep finding my cc.

They charged my dead mother's checking account $12.47 for an authorized purchase 10 days after she died! The only thing I can think of that it was for is a blood oxygen level device that she tried to buy and was charged for and never received before she died! There's a special place in hell for people like this!

I have been charged $12.47 twice this month. I tried calling the number listed and got a recording. My name is Tina Schultz. Please stop charging me for something I did not order or receive. The charge dates were both on 10/26/20 I see several other people have been charged this same amount.

I have had this exact charge on my Capt.1 card month after month since May, 2020. I will advise Capt 1 to credit my account. I even had a new card issued, and that didn't work either.

I kept getting charged 12.47 every month on my AMX CARD. I've tried to contact them via phone to no avail. I've also tried to contact their site at Toffdeals.com and it says it is not available.
I have disputed every charge and put a lock onto my account on their future charges. I cannot even get ahold of them to explain this ridiculous charge.
I see MANY other complaints from people having the same issue.
I suggest you contact your credit card company and put a lock on them so they cannot continue to charge your account.
Obviously a lot of us cannot contact them which is a red flag itself.

I too received a $ 12.47 charge on my Discover account from this outfit. Discover is refusing to remove charge even though the USPS shows that the item was not even given to them for delivery according to the Tracking Number.

I too continue to be charged every month for $12.47 for an item that I never received. I have reported this company to the better business bureau who report multiple complaints but are unable to contact the company to resolve the issue. I went to my bank and changed my card and yet again, this week another $12.47 debited from my account! I have been dealing with this company for almost a year, have had to have my credit card cancelled 3 times and wait for a new card , only to have to have the same charge appear on the new card. I tried to have them blocked, only to be told by my credit card company they couldn't do that, so again i am waiting for a new card. Something needs to be done with this company.

I too have been scammed by ToffDeals, in Sterling Heights, Michigan (which is just one of the names they go by). I have been trying to get the $12.47 being charged to my FirstBank card monthly stopped but have no response to the letter I sent to FirstBank. Needless to say I never received the Oximeter and digital thermometer that I ordered because of covid-19 in our house. This whole issue has been on-going since April.

I ordered a thermometer some months ago which I have never received but was charged $12.47 Oct 29,2020.this was ordered around February or March and I never heard from them, so I assumed I had been scammed and chalked it up to experience. However, I do not want anymore money taken from my account.

May 2020 I tried to purchase a ball thrower toy for my dog. $14.99 I was billed that amount plus $12.47 and never received the item. I have been contacting American Express every month since May 2020 to dispute the $12.47 charge this scam company keeps charging me. Last month American Express put a block on the company so this month when I received my Amex bill there was the $12.47 charge under a new company name. Total thieves. Their phone doesn't work and they never reply to emails or my emails to the company bounce back as undeliverable.

Contact your state consumer advocate. Usually in your states Attorney General 's Office. Contact credit/bank freeze the account.

I made a purchase in August for $14.99 from a tdealsshop.com for a floating mat and have yet to receive it. Then in September I was charged $12.47 from tdealsgalorestore for a purchase I never made. Contacted my bank and reported the fraud. They cancelled my card and reissued me a new bank card . I checked my account today and there is another $12.47 being taken out from toffdeals sterling heigh mi. What the heck is going on? How did they get my new card information? This is bull and I need it to stop! Now I have to report it yet again and wait another week for a new card!
