I ordered 5 SeaGlass Christmas trees for $80 from an ad on Instagram(shame on me!). Fell for it hook, line and sinker. After about 3 weeks, I requested tracking information which they provided and said shipping would take 10-30 days. I then received my order which was 8- 4" plastic LED Christmas trees in cheap, crushed boxes. I emailed them right away to tell them of the error. They asked for images of what I ordered and what I received pointing out the obvious differences. They emailed back apologizing for the "certain gap between this product and the advertisement page. But this is still a good decoration. You just need to turn on the switch at the bottom, it can have colored lights. We can compensate you for 10% for this material gap,can it? " After multiple emails and claims that they are the victims and have been cheated by their supplier and as a company, can barely support their operations with meager profits. We also have family and children who need our poor salary....the most we can offer is 50%." I am currently working on getting a refund issued but doubt it will go anywhere and I would not even want to provide them my credit card information again for the credit!
