This is a Scam!

I ordered a vintage pedal push cart airplane for my son back in January of last year! It was on "backorder" but expected to arrive by February or March... since then nothing... nothing at all.. How can we get our money back? this is awful!

7 months later, no item, no refund

I ordered a $249.99 art table for my daughter in Dec 2021. I received a follow-up email that their system had allowed an over-order, but I could be placed on a wait list for a backorder due to ship late Jan or early Feb 2022. I contacted them mid-february and was told they were still backordered, but now the date was end of February that they hoped to receive them. I emailed April 3rd to ask where it was, and was told they were back-ordered until June, so they would just refund me the money and it would take up to 7 days to receive. I didn't see that response email until early June, at which point I checked my credit card. No refund had ever come back to it. I emailed Carl at Toddlers Treasures that day, then again at end of June, and again mid-July. I have periodically called them during the last 6 months, but more specifically, last week when I left a message initally, followed by a call last Friday with no message left, and then again today (Monday), leaving a message yet again. After finding other complaints here on ScamPulse that sound exactly like my situation, I am now of the belief that I have been scammed, and, halfway through the year, my daughter does not have the Christmas gift that I had told her would be coming late January. :-(

I ordered a 500 dollar item for my daughters birthday in January, I was told only after emailing myself several times that it would be arriving late in March then April then June. The owner is nasty and takes no responsibility. He told me my dissatisfaction “will not be tolerated.” I still have not received my refund. This is a horrible business. Buyer beware!

Very likely a scam

They say they've given me a refund however I know this to be untrue. On top of that I have been receiving messages stating that the toy is on backorder well after they say they gave everyone refunds. It is a scam even if it is a legitimate company they never send out the orders and they do not refund. Do not utilize.

Update on my review from above since I was given a refund. The owner of the store was in the hospital which caused the delays. All is good.

How did you finally get ahold of them? I've been trying to contact them for months and there is no answer to my emails, nor to my phone calls.

The scam website has many children’s toys listed for sale. They bill you immediately on purchase but won’t ship any products. When I reached out to them to check on the order status and then to cancel the order, they either don’t respond or reply with a meaningless excuse. In over 2 months I have not received the toy I purchased nor been given a refund. This is clearly a scam operation.
