I was on AMAZON.com and a page came up so i thought it was still Amazon so I filled out for a trial product, one was a Neck heating device for $3.95 and a bottle of KETO. I didn't get through filling form out before it was gone. I called Amazon who informed me that had nothing to do with them. I called my bank after I saw the charges for the $3.95 and second one for $3.19 that I had no idea I signed up for and the ban got their phone number for me. I called and reached a lady and had to constantly tell her I could not understand what she was saying. She slowed down talking and i barely understood but she said I had 10 days ad if not happy with product I would get a refund so i chose to see if they work but I got worried and called again to confirm I would not be charged anything else but then she said 10 day trial starts when I ordered so i again tried to cancel but she said it was already mailed out and she again said I would not be charged anything else as long as I cancel before 10 days so today makes 7 days and still have no product and nothing where I ordered except where it was already on bank statement. I called today 10/4/2019 and had a hard time understanding the man and after asking to speak with a manager he informs me he cancelled my item so i would now have to pay to ship item back or get charged the whole amount for the 2 items. As I was telling him DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING ELSE he hung up on me. I called back to again try to understand the lady and she said the guy cancelled my order so when I get the item if I open it I will be charged for the items so I will have to pay for them. I told her I did not tel him to cancel after all the times I asked them to and now he cancelled it making it more a problem/ I reminded it was already 7 days gone by and again i said DO NOT ADD ANY CHARGES TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. After trying to explain 10 days may be gone before I even get the merchandise. After going around an around she assured me "I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING ELSE BUT PLEASE RETURN PRODUCT WHEN I GET IT" I told her I am disabled and only have a small amount of money ad it would be a burden for me to have more charges. She again assured me no charges would be made on my bank account. I hope and pray not. can not find a business called "TODAYS GADGETS" She said they sent email but nothing has came from that name.
