I signed up for an initial program at $24.00 and then I never went through with it. There isn't mention in the app that they'd charge me for further services. I never received follow up emails or additional materials. And now that I want a refund, they're telling me I should have canceled 11 days after my initial sign up, but I never had a log in or password with them.

I have received one email from Today is the Day, and I only signed up for a 1-month trial. There was no mention of auto-renewal. There was no notification of auto-renewal.

The website is not structured with a login prompt. There is no practical way to log in on the home page to access account details.

The site documents include the claim for a money-back guarantee. This is a false claim.
