Trim Negotiations offers a way to help get your cable, phone and medical bills negotiated to lower rates. I had used them a few times, not a ton of success or savings, but when they do get a win and got my *********** bill reduced, I was charged 15% of the savings. Sounds pretty good - yea it was until I got a call from *********** informing met hat the caller impersonated my husband on our account. Stating he was him. Not cool - goes against their code of conduct (which I laugh it it is even there). When I discussed with the *********** agent, she said he called and fumbled around with our account info, stating he was the name on the account with is a weird name anyway. She was concerned about this and reached out. When I closed my account with Trim, I asked why we were bein impersonated, and was informed they do not do that -- their code of conduct says ... yea I don't believe that anymore.

Please Please Please --- don't use Trim, take the time, make the effort to contact your cable, phone and medical providers and negotiate yourself. I learned the hard way and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will be a limited issue and not affect mine and my husband's life. Will be watching my credit reports, all my activity. Just not worth it.

Wanted to share my story and hope others don't get caught up in the same.
