I was supposed to receive my order on 9/28. Emailed them at least 5 to 6 times with no response. Finally used the website link for another email (same address as the others) just wanted to see if they would respond if it was sent from their website. Still no response or product it is now 11/2.

Lied twice about shipping my order then lied about refunding my money. Generally ignore my emails and inquiries. This company has gone from great to scammer

As reported by others here, I purchased $40+ of product 5/9/21 and never received. I’ve emailed too many times to count with 1 response saying it was being reshipped. I’ve asked for tracking #, refund as well as my order. NO RESPONSE. It is now 6/3/21 and they still have my money and my product.
