I researched a product (Keith Urban Acoustic Guitar set with CD's and Amplifier). After searching Google, a company called KTIANE came up with the product at a good price. So I went through the website and paid via paypal. On the company website it stated that they were located in North Carolina.The company sent a receipt and said that tracking information will follow when product is shipped. A few days later I received the tracking information and everything look legit....except the product was coming from China (not North Carolina). I didn't find that out until AFTER I paid so I thought to myself that this isn't going to turn out good at all. But just the same, the website and everything thing else was or seemed legit as if you ordered something from Amazon. I followed the tracking number a few days all the way until it said that my order was located in my city at USPS and should arrive on a particular day (Aug 5th). Well I did receive a package, but it was not anything like what I ordered. Inside of the Keith Urban guitar set, CD's and Amp, I receive 5 disposable masks!!!!

I immediately tried to call the company at the phone they gave me and it stated that the number no longer exists. No other number was found on the website. I emailed them at the address they gave me if I had any questions.They responded that the package must have been lost and or given to a neighbor.

I filed a missing mail claim with my local post officer and they confirmed that a package was dropped off in my mail box and that they believe that I had been scammed.

I also filed a claim through PayPal and they have yet to hear back from the company.

I sent another email to the address of the company (yes, they are responding) They refuse to give me a phone number to call them and just simply said that the order was delivered. I told them I have filed a claim with PayPal and will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I tried to go onto the website today 8/14/2020 and the site has been taken down and communication has stopped via email.

That is just confirming that I have been scammed. Luckily the cost isn't drastic, however if hundreds or thousands of other people get scammed as I did, then they are getting away with a lot of money and laughing all the way to the bank.

Please do you research before you buy something
