I hired TJN to supervise visits with my son and myself after we have just completed a year of therapeutic visits and have made a ton of progress, we were ready to do supervision for 6 months and then be able to just be him and me again. However we had one visit with them, she sat on her phone the whole time and then after the visit, after we have already planned another one with my son, I don’t make promises I don’t intent to keep to my child and this company forced this promise to fall through on such petty pretenses. I was already paying a pretty good amount for the visit itself as well as whatever my son and I wanted to do on that visit. After we have made commitments to my child, 1 of the 2 people in this business began telling me that unless I pay for everything for her in what we do for the visit. Wether it’s bowling, Jumpstreet, movie, ANYTHING and I pay her way through the whole experience which was something I almost agreed to, but she had it set from the start that she was going to sabotage our progress made in a years worth of therapeutic visits, because as soon as I would agree to something absurd, she would add in another and another and another condition. I will go the distance for my son because what he has been put through for a few years he never has deserved. So as soon as I agree to her terms she STILL says, well I don’t like how you talk to me, therefore I can’t do this anymore. We had one visit and one planned. She forced me to break the visit that was promised to my son and as his primary care giver his whole life and the situation we were in was solely because I was finally leaving his father for good, it was completely unprofessional and she aided in stonewalling me from my son. These people are suppose to be in professionals and it blows my mind what she did to my son and I. The worst part is, I haven’t seen him since and they take zero responsibility, even though anyone with common sense knows it was wrong. I have researched the ScamPulse.com and they are not in your organization for obvious reasons. I want this to become as aware and public as possible to hopefully prevent anyone else from going through what my son and I are still going through. I believe them to be a fraudulent company and should be punished for the hurt they have inflicted on not me but my child. I cannot provide a dollar amount and the one I do is just for the initial meeting and visit, because the time they have taken from my son and myself is something that doesn’t have a price tag. Also, they were paid by cash and check.
